From commercializing 537+ first-to-world IPs right through my design lab during college to building multi-billion-dollar businesses in the corporate world, I've spent my career at the crossroads of innovation, strategy, and execution. Now, with over four decades of experience, I work with startups, corporate ventures and social enterprises, helping them unlock value, accelerate growth, and (hopefully) avoid a few pitfalls along the way.

I write about leadership, high-performance teams, intrapreneurship, and graceful living, using insights from global corporations, scrappy startups, and everything in between. I am always curious about what makes businesses and life tick (and sometimes implode).
